“40 works by visually impaired artists exhibited at Spa”.

An exhibition like no other
The City of Spa and Alda Greoli, Alderman for Culture, are honored and delighted to invite you to visit the exhibition of the 40 finalists in the International Drawing, Painting and Sculpture Competition for the Visually Impaired, organized by the “Art and Low Vision” association.
The exhibition will be held in the Eglise Notre-Dame et St-Remacle in Spa from November 7 to December 11, 2025, every day until 5.30 pm.
A&LV founded in 2014 by Charles Emmanuel Schelfhout, a blind artist, aims to help visually impaired people pierce the fog that surrounds them and regain an independent activity.
The competition launched in 2018 brings together participants from all over the world and spreads a message of encouragement to all. This year’s entries came from Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Latvia, the Russian Federation, Brazil, Canada, England and Scotland.
The Spa exhibition will be repeated in Brussels as part of the OB25 congress, where the jury will announce the results on November 27.
Come and discover the amazing, beautiful and touching works and vote for the People’s Choice Award!
