- March 31, 2023: Opening of registrations
- October 1, 2023: Closing of registrations and download of digital works
- November 2, 2023: Closure of receipt of originals selected by the first jury
- November 22 – 24 2023: Exhibition in Brussels
- 15 October – 15 December 2023: vote for the People’s Choice Award
